90-Day Limited Warranty

KleanSip™ is backed by a 90-day limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

If a defect is identified during the warranty period, KleanSip™ may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects

• Issues affecting normal functionality under intended use

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse or improper handling

• Negligence or accidental damage

• Exposure to high heat

• Exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents

• Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality

Damage caused by use outside of KleanSip™’s intended purpose is not covered.

Returns & Warranty Claims

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact us at support@kleansip.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If requested, the item must be returned:

• Within the 90-day warranty period

• In its original packaging

• For inspection and determination of eligibility

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and next steps.

Important Notes

• Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser.

• Shipping costs associated with returns may not be refundable unless otherwise required by law.

• KleanSip™ reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
